Sp2 is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, and other betting services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between sp2 and you.

To create an account with sp2, you must meet certain basic requirements. Under sp2's Terms & Conditions, all information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sp2 reserves the right to close any account found to have provided false information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact sp2 support immediately. sp2 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a shared password.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting on sp2. Once a bet is placed, it is considered final and cannot normally be changed. Under sp2's terms and conditions, sp2 reserves the right to void any bet and issue a refund if a technical error is detected.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the specific market.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• Pre-match bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled before it starts.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled by the relevant sports authority, sp2's own policy will apply.
• Placing the same bet across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• In a combo bet, losing a single event means the entire bet is lost.
• sp2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns.

Sp2 uses official results from international sports federations to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, sp2's decision shall be considered final.

Deposits and withdrawals on sp2 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank card. In accordance with sp2's terms and conditions, all payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The maximum withdrawal limit within a 24-hour period is ৳1,00,000.
• sp2 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• sp2 complies with all financial regulations to prevent money laundering.

Sp2's bonus and promotion terms are written to be clear and straightforward. Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• A minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per member.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, sp2 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and make a deposit.

• Providing false information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraudulent payment transactions.
• Participation in collusion or match-fixing.
• If the user is found to be under 18 years of age.

You may request account closure at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.
